Villa Birlis Corfu gave us a base in Liapades close to two beaches on Corfu’s west coast. During our stay, the walk to Liapades Beach took about five minutes, and Rovinia Beach was roughly six to seven minutes away. There was a swimming pool at the property, and our room had a kitchenette and an outdoor seating area.

These photographs show our room at Villa Birlis Corfu. There was a double bed, a dressing table with a mirror and an air-conditioning unit above it. The furnishings were straightforward, with pale walls and tiled floors.
The kitchenette had cupboards, a worktop and a kettle. It made the accommodation feel more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. Check the facilities listed for your chosen room when booking, as room layouts and equipment can vary.
The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower above it and a glass shower screen. Outside, the covered seating area looked towards the pool and the surrounding hills. That view is one of the details our photographs capture particularly well.
The Villa Birlis Corfu pool sits in front of the terracotta-coloured buildings, with stone paving around the water and a lawn beside it. Beyond the accommodation are green hills. We have included views from different angles so you can see how the pool and buildings sit together.
Being able to reach both beaches on foot from Villa Birlis Corfu was useful. Our walk to Liapades Beach took about five minutes. For Rovinia Beach, allow roughly six to seven minutes, based on the route we used. These are our walking times, so allow extra time if you walk slowly or stop along the way.
The entrance sign points towards Rovinia Beach, making the connection between the accommodation and the beach easy to recognise.

We travelled to Villa Birlis Corfu in our rental car. Our photographs show it parked beside the accommodation, close to the room entrance. If parking matters for your stay, confirm the arrangements for your booking before you travel.
During our stay, we understood Villa Birlis and Blue Princess to be part of the same Ninos group. The Ninos Village sign in our photographs shows the branding we saw locally.
We also stayed at Blue Princess during this Corfu trip. Our separate article about that stay is coming soon.
